Reception · running
What happened while you were working.
Every call you do not answer is a customer calling the place next door. Reception answers, works out what the person needs, and leaves it in order for when you can get to it.
This is not a drawing.
Reception's sign-in screen, running today. Spanish first — the English is there if you want it, but it is not the original.
The screens inside you will see live, not in a capture: we would rather show them to you moving and answering questions.

How it works
-
It rings, and it answers
At whatever hour. It answers in Spanish, says the name of your business, and does not sound like a phone company's machine.
-
It asks what needs asking
What they need, where they are calling from, whether it is an emergency. It does not read a script: it understands what it is told and follows from there.
-
It writes it down the way you would read it
“Nothing is cooling and there is a two-month-old baby in the house.” Not “incoming call 8:47 p.m.”
-
And it puts it in order for you
Urgent at the top. Then whoever has waited longest. And it says if someone already called them, so nobody calls twice.
See it live.
Fifteen minutes, on test data, and you ask whatever you want. It is more honest than a screenshot and it takes you less time than reading this page.
See it liveOne business is using it right now. If you want, on that call we will tell you exactly what has worked for them and what has not — including what it is still missing.
Whoever cannot wait comes first
The one with no air conditioning and a baby in the house rises on their own. Nobody has to read the list to find them.
It says what they need, not “called”
“Nothing is cooling.” “Wants a price for two units.” You know what it is about before you dial.
And if somebody already called them
It says who, and at what time. Nobody calls the same customer twice, and nobody assumes someone else did.
