The applications
A business is not one program.
Answering the phone, knowing who is calling, taking their money and reminding them to come back are four different jobs. Here they are four different applications, in one place, and you pay for the ones you use.
You start with the one that hurts today. The rest are still there the day you need them.
Reception
RunningIt answers when you cannot, works out what the person needs, and leaves it written down for you. Whoever cannot wait rises on their own.
- Waiting
- Who called and has not heard back yet. Urgent first, then whoever has waited longest.
- Calls
- Every one it answered, with what the person said. You open it and you hear it.
- Texts
- What came in by message, in the same list as everything else.
Customers
RunningThe notebook that fills itself. Everyone who calls is written down with what they asked for and when — without anyone typing a thing.
- Customers
- Who is who, their number, and everything they have asked for before.
- New
- Whoever called for the first time this week and is not anybody's customer yet.
- Do not text
- Whoever said not to write to them. It is respected on its own, without you having to remember.
The business
RunningWhat came in and what was being lost, counted from the calls themselves.
- Summary
- How many called, how many would have been lost, how long you took to call back.
- History
- Who did what and when. For when something has to be worked out.
Promotions
In developmentPlusWrite to the ones who have not come in for a while, or the ones in one neighbourhood, or the ones who bought a particular thing — without pulling numbers by hand or writing to anyone who said no.
- Groups
- “The ones who have not come in for six months.” The group builds itself and stays current.
- Promotions
- One message, one group, and you see how many people it will reach before you send it.
Presence
StartingYour page. Genuinely yours — the domain in your name, and whatever changes often, you change yourself.
- Their page
- Built for your business, not a template with the name swapped out.
- What it says
- The menu, the hours, a new photo. Without calling us.
- Their address
- Your domain, in your name. If you leave one day, you take it with you.
Calendar
PlannedDesigned, not built. When it exists, Reception will be able to hold the appointment during the call instead of only writing down that it was asked for.
- Why later
- Because a calendar that gets it wrong is worse than no calendar, and we would rather Reception were solid first.
Payments
PlannedDesigned, not built. Taking payment and invoicing from the same place everything else already is.
- Why later
- Getting payment wrong is the mistake nobody forgives. It goes out when it is done properly, not when it can be demonstrated.
What you pay for is what you see.
If all you have is Reception, Payments does not appear anywhere. Nobody has to learn what they do not use, and nobody pays for what they did not ask for.
Let's talk about yoursAnd when you take on another one, it shows up right there. No install, no migration, no starting over in another program that does not talk to this one.
